We Are Too Old To Practice Martial Arts

We often think that after the age of 18/21/25 we are too old to practice martial arts. But this gentleman at the age of 52 still is keeping his health first by practicing karate after working hard from the morning to evening then taking care of his family and then finds time for martial arts. 

If he can do it, why can't you? No matter what age or gender. If you have the will to do it, you can do it without any problem. So, don't feel shy, just come to the dojo and practice.
